Independent advice for your next bottling project

Packflow is not tied to any equipment manufacturer. We help beverage and food producers choose the right suppliers for a new bottling plant or a line modification, design the bottle and pack for maximum line efficiency, plan CAPEX over multiple years and negotiate bottling and processing equipment contracts with confidence.

What we do

A single point of contact for the technical and commercial decisions that shape a bottling investment.

Supplier selection

We are fully independent from any equipment manufacturer. We shortlist and benchmark suppliers strictly on the fit with your project — technology, footprint, service network and total cost of ownership.

Bottle & pack design for line efficiency

We review or co-design your primary pack (bottle, closure, label, secondary packaging) with a line-engineering lens to remove format-driven downtime before the line is even quoted.

CAPEX planning

We help you build a realistic multi-year CAPEX plan: phasing, ramp-up assumptions, spare parts and utilities, so budgets and payback are defended with numbers, not sales decks.

Contract negotiation

We sit on your side of the table during technical and commercial negotiation of bottling and processing contracts — scope, acceptance criteria, penalties, spares, training and service.

Plant modification & debottlenecking

For existing lines: audit of OEE losses, format changeover, layout and utilities to define the smallest CAPEX step that unlocks the next capacity tier.

Vendor-neutral by design

We do not take commissions from suppliers. Our only economic incentive is your project working — that is what makes the advice trustworthy.

How we work

A structured path from the first project idea to a signed contract with the right supplier.

  1. 01

    Brief & feasibility

Volumes, formats, footprint, budget and constraints — turned into a concrete project brief.

  2. 02

    Design & specification

Bottle and pack review, technical spec of the line and utilities, list of qualified suppliers.

  3. 03

    Tender & benchmarking

We run the RFQ, normalize offers and benchmark them technically and commercially.

  4. 04

    Negotiation & handover

Contract, acceptance criteria, spares and training — then handover to your project team.
